Free Printable Baby Shower Game

Age: 7 +

Need:

  • Timer
  • Pencils
  • Paper
  • Doodle Cards (you can make them yourselves or download them here for personal use)
  • Game Board and Dice – optional (download one for personal use)

Playing with the Game Board:   First divide your players into two teams, if you have a lot of people you can break up into more than two teams. Each team should have at least three players.

Then select a team to go first. The first team to go first will select one person to be the drawer. They will have 10 seconds to look at a doodle card and start drawling. Then their team mates need to guess what they are drawling. The person drawling can’t use verbal clues, nor can they use numbers or letters when drawling. Their team has to guess correctly within 60 seconds. If they guess correctly they get to roll the dice and move that many spots forward. If they don’t they have to stay on that spot. The host should time each play with a stopwatch and let the teams know when they are down to 20 seconds and then 5 seconds.

It is then the next teams turn. As each team rotates a new drawler for that team should be chosen. The first team to cross the finish line wins.

  All Plays

If a team is on an “all play” spot they only have 20 seconds to try and guess the right answer. When there time is up the last 40 seconds of the round is for all teams to guess. The team that guesses right gets to roll the dice and move ahead. Then play returns to the next team.

Playing without the Game Board:  You don’t need the game board to play; just keep score by giving each team two points if they get it right within 20 seconds and one point if they get it right within 60 seconds. Teams can go back and forth earning points and whoever with the most points at the end wins.
