Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana (or 3 small bananas)
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Food Coloring
Candy for decorations on top
Cream your eggs, shortening and sugar together. In another bowl mash up your bananas, then combine to your first mixture. Add baking powder, soda, flour, vanilla and salt, then mix well. Add the chocolate chips and bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Decorate.
